The ingredients needed to make Machaca (My way ^_^):
- Use 1 of vegetable oil.
- Get 1 of shredded beef.
- Use 1 of garlic salt.
- Take 1 dash of Black Pepper.
- Use 1 of chicken flavor bouillon.
- Use 1 large of Tomatoe.
- Take 1 bunch of of Cilantro.
- Use 1 of Anaheim Pepper.
- Provide 1 of water.
- Take 1 packages of Sazon Goya(Tomatoe & Cilantro Flavor).
- Get 1 of white onion.
Steps to make Machaca (My way ^_^):
- Make sure you have your shredded beef ready. Also dice up your veggies. And have all the condiments ready..
- Heat up your pan with some oil. Once its heated throw in your shredded beef. ((Sprinkle some Garlic Salt, Chicken Flavor Bouillon, and Black Pepper to season)) **Don't let it fry too much just until its light brown..
- Once meat is light brown. Add all your Veggies and mix it around..
- Once your veggies look cooked (usually about 3-5 mins after tossing them in) make a space in the pan and add some water (About 1/2 a cup).
- Go ahead and throw in the package of Sazn Goya and stir it well with the water you poured in. Once dissolved, mix it around with everything..
- Let it heat a bit. Don't let it cook too much or it will dry up...and you are done!! Enjoy!!.
